prads removes openvpn route

Hi, when I use prads AND I have openvpn running, after a short while the openvpn route disappears, the client stays connected to the server but the VPN ceases to work (dead PINGs).
Is it only my set-up or someone has the same problem?
no, not prads fault, it is my dhcp client that removes routes on IP renewal :(
