Latest version tool not visible in toolshed

Thanks to @bernt-matthias I got the suggestion to describe my issue here.

The ena_upload tool got merged in the IUC repo and deployed. But something along the way went wrong. Although the commit is seen here: https://toolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu/repos/iuc/ena_upload , the official revision (11) of the tool is not visible in the dropdown: https://toolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu/repository?repository_id=0db04aa13ef9d2f8 and upon updating in a Galaxy instance.

Anyone an idea what might be the problem?
