Currently installed version failing: mvdbeek/usegalaxy-tests#12

Update to this. The new version will have two tools instead of one:
toolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu/repos/rnateam/mafft/rbc_mafft/7.489+galaxy0

Test failed on the updated version, too.

@natefoo @mvdbeek How should we triage this one and others that are reported by users and also fail the tool test?
