Workaround for end-users
Run the tutorial at usegalaxy.org until this ticket closes out.

@bgruening is this a server issue? Do you want EU server issues in this same issue repo where we keep ORG issues? It is in part used for tracking/communicating with users who ask about a problem that can't be immediately fixed. Issues in other repos or PRs can link back as needed. It is also used to track fixes that are technically done but not re-tested under the same conditions as the problem was discovered to fully close it out (meaning, "works" for end-users when closes here).
cc @gallardoalba -- has examples that have been stalled about a week longer
Reran the job again today (Jan 25), and it started right up and completed quickly and correctly.
The runs from Jan 15 + Jan 18 are still "queued".
If any end-user ran into this problem, the solution is to rerun. I already wrote the user back at Ghelp referenced above.
