update from practice-template

Enhance consistency.
@gaand practice-template doesn't exist. Study template?
@payne-chris-r I think we need one.
@gaand have we moved forward on creating a practice-template? I do not see one but would like to confirm. If not, should I simply update with study-template or should I update with study-template or challenge-template and rename the repo to a study or challenge?
I'd say for now, update from study-template and ruby-template, in that order, in separate commits. Thanks! 😄
