Please restore glm.pc

It is reasonble, I think, for packages (such as mine) to want to use pkgconfig to configure their use with glm and glm.pc is the way to do that.
It was removed after 0.9.9.5:
Please restore it.
Bump.
Is there any specific reason for this removal?
This breaks configuration of builds for projects using pkgconfig+autotools.
