Saving an edited story hangs

After clicking on an already created story to edit, making a change and then clicking OK the story card hangs with the word 'Saving...'.
If you refresh the story reverts back to the original text.
Also to note, once you have tried to do this action once you then can't do anything with the story I.E delete, change state etc.
Have fixed this in my branch, is an issue with Story titles and slugs.
This is now fixed in the stripped down version.
