[Feature]: Support NO_COLOR and "--enable-colored-output" to disable colored output

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Some shell may not support colored output so I suggest to add a way to disable colored output.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add a command-line argument "--enable-colored-output".
If the NO_COLOR environment variable is set,the colored output will also be disabled.
Automatic disable colored output if the shell can not support the colored output.
