[Feature request] Please make the settings menu more understandable

Please make the settings menu more understandable. For example: At present, it is such that setting "Use language-specific models"*) is shown only when "English" plus minimum one other language has been selected. Setting "Use language-specific models" should be shown always so that the user is aware of it and can set it specifically to status activated or status deactivated. It took me several days to become aware of setting "Use language-specific models" at all.

*) It can be in status activated or in status deactivated, and it is not clear in which status it is when not shown, or which is the default status.
