[Feature request] Ability to manually change your country for payment

Currently it assigns you one based on your IP address and there is no way to change it.
If you're talking about the Stripe payment, there's supposed to be a change button on the right, as pictured. Is it not visible on your end?
When I connect without a VPN from the UK, I get to the page where I can select a currency, then the page you are talking about. But when I connect with a VPN from the USA, I have to input a postal code first, which fails because I don't have a US postal code.
It seems to work with other countries from a VPN (I tried Bulgaria, Switzerland, Brazil and Mexico) but not the US or Canada.
