Guidelines to create PULL REQUESTS

1. name the file as "using-[name of your implementation].py" and make a different branch for it with the same name without .py extention
2. Create a pull request from this branch.
3. Go through the existing codes in the repository and if you find your strategy isn't there, you can create a pull request.
4. If you've got a optmized version of the already existing code, you can create a pull request.
