Unable to resolve nuget packages

Dear all.
I have been working on this repository for the last month and suddenly I couldn't be able to run the project even if I tried many things.
I tried to downgrade the Nuget packages to the initial project versions. But No Luck.
I even tried to re-clone the main repository but it has also the same errors. I didn't even know what went wrong with the project.
To your surprise, the same project works on my other computer.
