Timeline event shape customization

We are evaluating react fullcalendar premium for our resource timeline related use cases, where we would need to represent the schedules with different shapes (circle/diamond/bar) and sizes based on some criteria to be visualized on a timeline (Daily, week and work-week).
Is it possible to customize the shapes and themes for timeline component?
Components are baisc HTML which can be styled with CSS. Please refer to the support page and use Stack Overflow for help.
