Unable to load the stream from the S350/T8416 camera model

Hello

I have other camera models working well without any problem, I'm using webrtc to load all the streams as in configurations steps

But the camera model S350/T8416 always give me a error when I try to load the stream, the video quality stream is set to 720P in the APP

All the other entities are working well for what I can view

Is there any way to solve this issue?
