Support Eufycam S350

S350 does not show any options in Home Assistant other than 'Debug'

Support has been added to the underlying library (bropat/eufy-security-client#398) but this does not appear to have made it down to the Home Assistant add-on yet. eufy-security-ws seems to report it is currently using version 2.9.1 according to the latest update. Please update to 3.0.0 (or later).

Nothing else considered as there appears to be no other way to integrate Eufy into Home Assistant.

New support for S350 has been added to the underlying library at version 3.0.0, but eufy-security-ws currently uses version 2.9.1
There was an update of the Addon today. After the update I finally have the expected controls for my T8425. So I guess your problem would be solved by updating.
I upgraded - and yes. Fully functional now.
