FMGR_SCRIPT EXEC fails when FMG not in Workflow mode

A fix was added to correct the FMGR_SCRIPT execute function when the FMG was operating in "Workspace" mode but it does not correct the issue for an FMG that is operating in "Normal" mode or with "Workpsace" mode disabled.
The FMG session ends and the logout function is called before the script completes causing it to fail.
