"System update" app

An app to update the system, at least the cfw components like ftrobopy and touchUI, would be nice.
Maybe also a "user directory backup and restore" to/from usb jump drive?
Due to @harbaum's "apt" app we have at least the option to update the Raspbian OS packages.
