You must search the package of the o3d javascript, the default can not work.

I have the same problem.
I downloaded samples-20100503.zip. I installed the o3d plug-in in firefox but
the message keeps coming back.
I'm using O3D plugin 0.1.42.3. I'm using Firefox 4.0b1 on Windows XP SP3.
WebGL.enabled_for_all_sites is set to true.
My graphic card is a Geforce FX 5200. The motherboard is XFX Mach4 PT80CALX.

I also downloaded and installed today DirectX 9.

Oddly the samples in http://code.google.com/p/o3d/wiki/Samples work.

Ok, I saw the problem. The samples for WebGL are not the ones in the "Samples"
folder but the ones in "Samples/o3d-webgl-samples".
