offscreen-test for firefox fails, popping up dialog about O3D not starting

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Load o3d/tests/selenium/tests/offscreen-test.html with firefox
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
EXPECTED: samples loads
ACTUAL: Firefox pops up a dialog saying "An unknown error has prevented
O3D from starting. Try downloading new drivers or checking for OS updates."
Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
Occurs at least on ff3 on XP and ff3.5 on Vista.

When an o3d window does not belong to any monitor (off screen), instead of
failing, use the default monitor/adapter instead.
