Link Users Together

As any user, I want a secure way to link to my companion
- Add a step to link users to one another. This should be handled from settings and during onboarding
- settings so it can be accessed at any time
- onboarding for convenience (say a caregiver already knows they want to link with their client - the client can just enter the code during onboarding for the caregiver to accept later)
basic flow example
- client enters code
- caregiver receives notification asking if they want to link accounts with <
username> - caregiver accepts
- both clients are notified that they're linked
- this is reflected in each user's settings
