CRSP .md product document contradiction

Two paragraphs appear to be contradictory
Currently, all transactions are submitted to all channels should this be "All transactions can be submitted to all channels"
The default Tazama deployment and configuration only facilitates the evaluation of an incoming pacs.002 message in a single channel
@Justus-at-Tazama Rodney asked for clarification on this point (is this a bug?) w.r.t CRSP - remove channel feature
