Contribution guide update required for set up of arangoDB

As a newbee the contribution guide section on Step 2: Setting up core services / ArangoDB was confusing and I was unclear on the instructions. The steps were not numbered, and the explanation came before the commands that needed to be followed
The contribution guide could be improved by following a similar style to https://github.com/frmscoe/Full-Stack-Docker-Tazama readme.md
