Improve Intel implementation

Intel module provides too much intel in a non immersive manner.
If there's a slim chance of us maintaining the current momentum long enough to actually do this, I'd be very happy to draft a design spec for it. I have a good idea of how it should work in a way that is both intuitive, useful and realistic
