CAS Loiter Doesnt Loiter

Moves to a position that should be on the loiter circle.. but it then sits there instead of moving continuously
why no loiter
Currently it acts as a MOVE waypoint and SAD features the Loiter functionality. This is confusing because the LOITER waypoint still has a radius option attached to it in the menu.
