[FACELIFT] Add Contact & Imprint/Privacy Policy to page footer

We should perhaps move the privacy policy and the imprint to the footer of the page. The contact button should be presented quite prominently on our page, so that newcomers get an easy access to e.g. our Mattermost instance or ticket system
