trailing slash on pages + direct links yields 404

Directly going to web3.freecodecamp.org and navigating using the UI behaves as expected.

Directly going to web3.freecodecamp.org/<sub-path> yields Netlify's 404.

Navigating to web3.freecodecamp.org/<sub-path>, then reloading the page yields the 404.
