New tag cannot be created from post editor drawer

We may want to change the UI too instead of just fixing this error.
To Reproduce
- Open a post and open settings
- Click on 'Add new tag' link
- Fill in the tag name and click 'Submit'
Expected behavior
A new tag is created, and it is added in the select box
