The U06 devices have a smaller footprint.
The PMS150C-U06 is available at LCSC and supported by easypdkprog.
The PMS15A-U06, PMS154C-U05, PMS154B-U06 are further devices supported by easypdkprog.
The PFS154-U06 is another U06 device supported by easypdkprog.
