center expect value around fuzzy circles?

could be misleading since the circle radii are arbitrary.
maybe worthwhile if they were {1,2,3} standard deviations away or something?
I'm not sure it's totally necessary if you explain that its an "expected value"
but maybe but shaded bands if you want to show the uncertainty?
addressed in a few commits. will go with annotations but leave out uncertainty bands. nice suggestion though!
