Request: add GBA Mario voice removal hacks.

I apologize in advance as I'm not very technical, but I'd like to advocate for some romhacks that remove the voices from the Mario Advance games to be added to the pack.

imo these games are infinitely more enjoyable when you don't have to listen Charles Martinet flip the heck out every time you pick up a mushroom.
