almost forgot, in the current master Everdrive, Alex Kidd in Radaxian Rumble v1.03d is the most up to date version, if version of any hacks in the packs matches the smspower version or even a version above then keep them that way.

I think this issue should be broken up into more digestible issues, where each can be handled via their own pull requests.
