Was there a reason Metal Slader Glory translation was missing?

The readme IS incorrect now. This hack is supported just fine by the EverDrive N8 Pro. It was always a flashcart RAM limitation, not a hardware limitation.

So are these packs for 'hardware' targets or 'flash cart' targets? The current project name implies the former, but that this was ever an issue implies the latter.
