Maintain Dutch translations

We need help from a Dutch speaking person to review & maintain the Dutch translations. You wanna take ownership of this?
- All translation files are collected in https://github.com/frePPLe/frepple/blob/master/freppledb/locale/nl/nl.po
- Edit the file with a translation editor like https://poedit.net/
- Submit a pull request with your updated version of the file
