Operation.EffectiveEnd is ignored

Hello,
I have a problem with Operation.EffectiveEnd field. I have routing operation with suboperations. One of the suboperations has EffectiveEnd on 1980-01-01 00:01:00, so it can't be planned. However, the Demand on Item produced by routing operation is planned on time. So the effective end is being ignored in this case. In case I change Effective End of the routing to 1980-01-01 00:01:00, the Demand is not planned as I expected. It seems that in case of suboperations, the effective end is not used, only the routing operation's is.

This is expected behavior. We have no plans to change that.
Leaving this ticket open in case this functionality is needed for others.
