Seriously what is going on, this is broken now.

See this and that . . . they were the only commits to significantly modify OI in between the times where turning worked & didn't work, so I'd guess one of them is the cause.

In second commit, operator's controller is switched to xbox 360, and a button using the controllerMap value for RT was added, but there's no port value for RT there, just -1. I can't imagine why that is giving this specific error, but it may be some other porting issue, as I remember that I could get the robot to turn in teleop using the LT or RT button for some reason...
