Turret Calibration

As in the title. Also (probably) a prerequisite for any kind of turret stops.

The agreed upon function of the turret calibration command was to: Rotate the turret to it's leftmost hard limit switch, reset it's encoder counts, and then rotate like 3% or some set percent of the total number of encoder counts between hard limit switch, and set that as the leftmost soft limit, and set 97% of the total encoder counts or 100 - the same set percent as the rightmost soft limit.
