Add a way to integrate react-perfect-scrollbar

Like we could wrap the options in perfect-scrollbar or something.
We can do this fir react-select but that library is huuuge, omg what are they even packing with 1 MB.
If there is a better way that's already available to hide that ugly default scrollbar, please let me know.
