wbar doesn't recenter when changing desktop resolution (in VM window)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. wbar at bottom center
2. change screen resolution by dragging window corner
3. wbar remains at original position until right-clicked

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
wbar should recenter when screen size changes.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.3.0, on Tiny Core Linux 4.5.6 in VMplayer 9 window with vmware client tools 
installed, on Slackware 14 host.

Please provide any additional information below.
Low priority enhancement request. Can live on top left for now.
