feature: multiple bars

I tried to figure out a way to do this, so maybe its not possible.  If it is, 
could you provide an example or command line to accomplish it?

Anyways, I think it would be nice to be able to have two (or more) different 
"bars" on your desktop, each using their own config file, i.e. .wbar and .wbar2 
that you could then call on start-up, i.e. wbar -c ~/.wbar2

The reason for this request, on fluxbox, I think it would be pretty cool to 
have both a horizontal and vertical bar.
