Request for new release

It's been almost a year since the last release. In the meantime a lot of bugfixes have happened that are not yet available downstream. Would it be possible to do a new (point) release?
E.g. we've had to manually patch our android build system with commit 28b2e3d, which happened half a year ago, just to be able to build.
I hope to get to it soon. There were some pending PRs I wanted to get in, but maybe I just go ahead and rather release another time than not at all.
I've now released current master as 0.13.0.
