Creates ~/Documents/EnCroissant directory even if I changed it in the options (Linux Appimage version 0.10.0 amd64)

Describe the bug
When I launch the AppImage it creates the ~/Documents/EnCroissant directory even if I set it to be somewhere else.
This is the console output:

Reproduction
Launch En Croissant (Linux Appimage version 0.10.0 amd64)
Go to settings -> directories
Change "Files directory"
Close En Croissant
Delete ~/Documents/EnCroissant
Launch En Croissant
~/Documents/EnCroissant in created again
Platform and versions
Linux (Fedora 40) Appimage version 0.10.0 amd64
