How to Run

docker-compose up -d wait a few seconds for the db to start

Create the table

./gradlew flywayMigrate

Run the tests

./gradlew test

Start the app

./gradlew bootRun

Assumptions

• file validation fails globally, not at row level
• http://checkip.amazonaws.com is used to find the public ip address of the machine where the app is running
• to keep it simple the database that runs locally is used by both the app and by the integration tests
