Meteor Implementation

In order to build a multi-page application that transitions seamlessly, the Meteor Framework could be implemented. This would allow the application to easily transfer data across views and route the end user similarly to a Ruby on Rails application.
At the moment, development to do with the Meteor framework is being done on the meteor branch.
For the sake of simplicity and shipping quickly, meteor support will be removed for now.
This will mainly allow a basic prototype of the interface to be developed more quickly as well as explore other options for mobile-oriented development.
