FoxyProxy Standard Slows Down Firefox Startup Time

I'm using the FoxyProxy Standard extension with Firefox and I've noticed that it significantly slows down the startup time of Firefox.

During this period, the menu buttons of other extensions cannot be clicked normally, and the loading of web pages is blocked.

Even when I set the current proxy of FoxyProxy to off, the startup time of Firefox is still slowed down by 10-30 seconds.
