Blacklist doesn't work for dns queries

There an option 'Send DNS through SOCKS5 proxy' on the page 'Edit Proxy'.
If this is enabled, it will forward all DNS requests through SOCKS5 proxy. No matter if that URL matches any blacklist rules.

I don't think it's expected. URLs in the blacklist shouldn't use the proxy at all. For example, I don't want local domains to go through the proxy at all. If the DNS queries pass through the proxy, local domains mean nothing.
