New documentation site for FOSSology

Hello team FOSSology,
I would like to contribute in making a documentation site for FOSSology project. I read through this wiki and got a general idea of what we can do and how we can improve the documentation.
I have worked with Docusaurus before and would like to apply my knowledge here and make FOSSology better!
