Add Yahoo as a search engine in searss

The scraper at https://github.com/fossasia/query-server, which is based on searss, already has Yahoo as one of the search engines. Add Yahoo as a search engine in this repository.
I want to work on this.
No need. As Yahoo uses search of Bing.
