Deploy docker container on Docker hub for easy backend development and setup

Actual Behaviour
The backend development as of now is a bit hard as the contributor need to set up the whole environment right from scratch.
Expected Behaviour
Setting up a Docker container that comes packed with the code and all the dependencies will not only speed up development but will also help in an easier deployment of code irrespective of platform / OS.

Chances are we'll scrub the flask backend totally, soon... so i suggest waiting for a couple of days...
