Add images to oscilloscope tutorial

Actual Behaviour.

Currently there is no images in the oscilloscope tutorial, which can add benefits to contributers/viewers who read the tutorial.
Expected Behaviour

There should be images added to the oscilloscope tutorial so viewers can better understand what the instrument does and what it looks like.
