forseti explainer list_members returns null

VERSION=2.25.1
MODULE=explainer
DEPLOYMENT_METHOD=terraform

Current implementation does not integrate GSuite/Workspace but rather we are using Google Cloud Directory Sync connected to AzureAD. Whenever we run test with GSuite/Workspace integration we get data back from the following command:

forseti explainer list_members

While not integrated with GSuite/Workspace the above command returns null.

Does forseti enumerate or expand user inside of google groups synced with Google Cloud Directory Sync?
